Next Tuesday, June 22, there will be a training on incidents with electric vehicles by the mechanical engineer Andrés Hoover Zapata.
The development of electric mobility promotes the reduction of emissions, the improvement in social and economic aspects, by substituting imported energy for another locally produced one managed from renewable sources. This transformation towards more sustainable mobility entails a challenge for which it is important to be prepared.
In this sense, the instructor Andrés Hoover Zapata will carry out a training focused on the specific training elements that fire departments must receive to attend to possible accidents derived from the use of electric vehicles and their charging points.
Andrés Hoover Zapata is a mechanical engineer, instructor and researcher in the automotive area, with extensive knowledge and experience of 22 years in administrative, productive and operational processes of the vehicle repair and maintenance section.
This activity is carried out within the virtual conferences on electric mobility in Latin America and the Caribbean, organized by the United Nations Environment Program, MOVE – Electric Mobility in Latin America and the Caribbean, Spanish Cooperation and Euroclima.
At MOVÉS we promote the objectives of generating capacities and improving the electric mobility ecosystem, which also coincides with our goal of having an Electric Mobility Training Center in Uruguay.
